Sedum species are the most popular among the roof plants as they do not require large amount of water and in the same time they provide a good aesthetic effect for the whole year. These economic limitations lead green roofs to become the standard products that loose their uniqueness. The variety mostly depends on a way of planting or a shape of a roof. And here comes the question: where is the place for the interaction between landscape and architecture? Fortunately, there are architects who are able to answer this question. Terunobu Fujimori, who lives in Japan, is one of them.
